The Planning Department is responsible for overseeing the development activities throughout the Township and ensuring compliance with ordinances and procedures.

Our mission is to enhance and protect the quality of life for the residents by:

Providing professional planning services through education, assistance and advisement to residents, boards, commissions and developers;

Focusing on the community’s long term commitment to economic vitality, environmental integrity and quality development and design;

Adhering to the community’s master plan, plan implementation and development review; and

Developing a comprehensive education and enforcement system to ensure compliance with the Township’s Ordinances and Codes.
