These Engineering Design Standards are intended to provide a reasonable basis for design of public and private improvements in Hartland Township.  They are not intended as a substitute for sound engineering judgment.  The Standards may not apply to all conditions, and alternate solutions shall be permitted as approved by the Township and/or it's Engineer.
