Hartland Township operates four cemeteries:

 

Hartland - Hartland settlement area on Hartland Road, across from Cromaine Library

 

Hodge - On Fenton Road, near Read Road

 

Parshallville - Parshallville settlement area on Parshallville Road

 

Smith (AKA Griswold) - East side of Cullen Road, south of Clyde Road

 

Grave Sites (including perpetual care) – Residents
  Hartland, Smith, and Parshallville - Not Available
  Hodge - $550 (each)
  Columbarium Niche at Hodge - $250 (single) - $500 (double)

 

Grave Sites (including perpetual care) – Non-Residents

  Hodge - $1,100 (each)

Cemetery Records Update

The Department of Public Works is currently researching and updating our cemetery records.  If you have any copies of cemetery deeds, receipts, proofs of purchase or other burial records, we would appreciate it if you could stop by Township Hall at your convenience.  We will make a copy of the documents to ensure that our files are historically accurate.  Please feel free to also mail or email copies to us, if you prefer.  Thank you for your valuable assistance with this important project.
