    Applications and Forms

For the convenience of our residents and businesses, we have created checklists for both site plan review and land division. The documents will provide you with a roadmap for the approval process and ensure you that have the documents necessary to move forward.

Many of the documents you will need when working with the Planning Department are available online, including:

Site Plan and Special Use Applications

Planned Development and Zoning Amendments Applications

Land Division and Boundary Line Adjustment Application

    Pre-Construction Permit Review Application

    Escrow receipt

    Sign Permit Application

    Special Event Permit Application

    Special Event Permit Checklist

Other forms, including Land Use Permit Applications, Land Use Waiver Applications and Zoning Board of Appeals Applications are available from the Planning Department.

The Livingston County Building Department handles electrical, plumbing, mechanical and building permits. These permits are not available at the Township.

The Planning Department staff is available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We offer complimentary signage consultations and encourage our residents and businesses to connect with Planning Department prior to the launch of construction or other project that required permits.
