    Development Under Review

    The developments listed below have been submitted to the Township for review. Each development is at a different stage in the review process which may include several presentations before both the Planning Commission and the Board of Trustees. The Township takes new development very seriously and must consider factors including infrastructure, traffic impact and building materials.

     

    The Township cannot legally deny a property owner development of their property if it meets Township ordinances. Please take a moment to view the video below that describes the approval process and the Township’s legal parameters for approving or denying development proposals.
