Trash Hauling & Recycling
Hartland Township does not provide a township-wide garbage service or yard waste pickup. Residents will need to contract their own refuse company. If you’ve recently moved into a subdivision, you should contact your homeowners association, since some have special contracts and rates.
The following companies are some that provide waste hauling in our Township. Remember to ask if yard waste pickup and/or recycling services are provided.
- Dougie’s Disposal 810-991-1579
- Republic Services 800-438-0966
- GFL Environmental 248-541-4020
- Waste Management 866-797-9018
If you have additional questions, please call the Department of Public Works at (810) 632-7498.
